Angling Direct Finance
After selling all of my carp gear because life often gets in the way of my many hobbies, It was like parting with a lover but it had to be done. I was desperate to get back beside the lake but life also said a big fat NO to being able to afford to get my set up back up to scratch to be able to go for a number of months. Being the impatient bloke I am I looked for things I could part with to be able to afford at least a basic set up to get me going. Angling Direct answered my prayers with a simple google search, I wasn't actually looking for any kind of finance but looking for the best price on the market and happened to stumble across Angling Directs website and saw they offered finance so I entered my details with a little chuckle waiting for the kick in the nuts of being declined (why do we do it to ourselves?) but to my surprise they only bloody accepted me!
You can imagine the spring in my step when not only had I managed to get majority of my set up to get me back beside the lake but I could pay it off in small manageable monthly payments. It was like Christmas,birthday and Easter had all come at once. Meaning I also had money spare to actually get myself beside the lake 24 hours fishing AND bait with change to spare.
I sat for days just waiting for a follow up email to say my order had been cancelled and I wouldn't actually be due my long awaited fishing gear. A couple of days came and went with no email that's got to be a good sign but surely its to good to be true? Has someone really had faith in me and my credit history? Delivery day came and so did ALL of the items I had ordered, I was officially fishing ready at last!
I've just made my final payment and what a smashing company they are to get finance with, when I fell behind on two payments after a difficult month money wise after being in credit with a couple of payments they cleared any late payment charge I should have received out of good will. Finance with Angling Direct was so straight forward and stress free. I'd highly recommend them to any kind of angler that can't quite afford to buy their gear out right or are looking to spread the costs of a particularly costly item.
